For the benefit of our clients old or new, your screen reader can now inform you of our ladies-only Fitness classes.

Every Monday;

9.30 am Full Body-Tone Class.

12.15 pm Circuit Training Class.

7 pm Fitness Boxing Class.

Every Tuesday;

5.15 pm Fit Step Class.

 7.15 pm Boot Camp Class.

Every Wednesday;

12.15 pm Lower Body Blast Class.

 4.30 pm Full Body Tone Class.

Every Thursday;

9.30 am Box Fit Class.

12.15 pm Core Circuit Class.

6.15 pm  Fight Fit Class.

Every Friday;

9.30 am Circuit Training Classes.

12.15 pm Mobility and Stretching Class.

Every Saturday:

10.30 am Fitness Boxing Classes. 

 Every Last Sunday of the month:

10.00 am – 12.00 noon  Super Sunday Event

All classes will run during 2024 until further notice, but we will always give full advance notice to all clients unless of emergencies. All our classes are 45min long.
