Introducing Aberdeen Ladies that Lift. If the idea of lifting weights alone is daunting, or if you’re uncertain about starting personal weight training, we offer a solution. Learn the basics of weight training in a secure, coach-supervised setting. Our sessions are designed to sculpt toned, stronger bodies.

We keep our groups small, with a maximum of five women, ensuring personalized attention from your trainer.
