Aberdeen Fitness Centre incorporating Phase 2 Fitness and Aberdeen Fitness is pleased to offer its new members and its existing client base fantastic value-for-money deals.

In our Fitness studio, there will be female-only Fitness classes Ladies that lift-group PT & Personal training.
New and existing members can buy a fitness membership that would include access to all fitness classes.

 Fitness membership is £59/month
Ladies that lift- group personal training £60/block of 4 sessions
Personal training is £45/h or £160 for a block of 4 sessions
